What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We understand plans can change. Free cancellations and full refunds are available up to 30 days before your scheduled departure. Cancellations between 15-30 days incur a 25% fee, while cancellations within 14 days of departure are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, though we can offer credit toward future travel. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for maximum flexibility. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we work with you to find the best solution.
